Processing Time

Every Closet 22 piece is hand reconstructed in New York.

Because each garment is made by hand, processing times may vary depending on the design. We currently ship most orders within the same week they are placed.

Custom orders and high-volume order periods may require additional processing time. If there are any delays, we'll notify you by email.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Closet 22 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or the shipping carrier after your package has been accepted.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Closet 22 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We'll gladly assist you with any information needed to file a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because every Closet 22 piece is handmade and one of one, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing
• Color preference
• Variations in reconstruction or handmade details

Each garment is individually reconstructed, making every piece unique. Slight differences are part of the design and craftsmanship.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once the invoice has been paid and production has started.

PROCESSING TIME

Every Closet 22 piece is hand reconstructed in New York and made with attention to every detail.

Because each garment is handmade, processing times may vary depending on the design and current order volume.

We currently ship most orders within the same week but please prepare for orders to take 3-4 days for processing. Shipping is not included in the processing time. 

If you need your order by a specific date please contact us prior to placing your order for estimated times and expedited delivery options.

For custom orders or more intricate designs, an estimated completion time will be provided once your order has been approved.

BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Every piece is inspected for quality.

Stone placements and reconstruction details are completed by hand.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
